Another Move

Well, we moved again... out of my parents house that I grew up in and into their new house in the 55+ community. Luckily, since most of our stuff is in storage we didn't have a whole lot to move, but we did help them with some of their things. The new place is really nice, but definitely smaller so there is less room for Brayden to roam. The good news is - there is a door to the basement so he can't play on the steps. It's been nice not having to follow him up and down the steps a million times a day. But he still finds plenty to get into here...

The bad  news is, we just found out that we won't be able to move into our new house until after Thanksgiving. We were really hoping to host it, but it just wasn't in the cards for this year. So now we'll move in on December 1st and that's when we get to start playing with our stuff again.

Second Swim

Well, the second swim seemed to go better than the first... he still wasn't crazy about it, but he was a little more relaxed and not clutching to me the entire time. He played with the rubber ducky this time and even let me lay him down on his back as we walked back and forth down the pool. There were a few more kids in the class today so now we have Brayden, Makenzie, Rachel, Ben, Nora and one other girl that came a little late so we didn't get to meet her. He still didn't like the 1,2,3 jump into the pool, but overall he was calmer and I think we're moving in the right direction.
